Scarlatti Master Clock內部採用頂級的Dual VCXO水晶震盪器，配合dCS獨家專利電路設計；此外，電源部份也作了大幅度的升級改良，提供更完美的電源供應系統。Scarlatti Master Clock機箱內的安裝位置上也重新布局，以使其達到最佳的物理工作環境，提供系統恆溫細緻的震盪速度，大大減低時基誤差的產生。Scarlatti Master Clock除了裝備8組Word Clock輸出端子(BNC)外，也搭載了1組REF輸入端子（BNC）。

Scarlatti系統是動用所有的資源與技術的dCS最高機種，滿足對聲音極致的要求外，也證明了dCS對數位訊源重播的貢獻。
